Placements at GICE

Think placements and the image of panels from companies interviewing prospective employees come to mind. At GICE, however, we believe the road to final placements begins at admissions.

It is our job to pick diamonds in the rough, and cut and polish them to become enthusiastic, able employees and entrepreneurs on placement and business leaders of the future.

During the admission procedure prospective students have an interaction session with our panel which is comprised of leading members of the corporate world. If they spot that spark that sets you apart, selection takes place.

The faculty at GICE don’t just teach, but mentors. They will closely monitor your subjects of interest, your passion and attitude to guide and advice you towards the stream of specialisation where you can best achieve your potential. They will also help you build your fundamentals across subjects that will help you build your career. Domain experts are roped in to improve your depth of knowledge.

Guest lectures by industry professionals will expose you to areas beyond subject knowledge. Their knowledge of industry trends, challenges and opportunities will keep you up to date when companies come in for placements.

The Higher Education Forum(HEF) undertook a Skills Gap Survey to match Industry expectations with fresh MBAs.
