I may take this opportunity to express my heartiest feelings mixed with passion and pursuit, with passion because I am a part of a vision since the inception of hostel. This starts pursuit for strategic development of man and their intangible intellectual assets within them. Men in the hostel are poised to be managers to global standard only when their intangible assets find a conduit.

By becoming more aware of oneself through sports and athletic one can grow to levels of emotional maturity that are not readily accessible to those of whom do not participate in sports and athletics. Enhancing efforts to promote participation in physical activity and sports among student is a critical GICE priority.
My humble request to all readers go carefully what I am trying to emphasize in under mentioned paragraph is how a student may grow in to a total quality manager if one endear and endure the followings through their participation in sports and cultural programs,
I personally believe from my 20 years military background "Students learn to assess their social competence in sports by feedback from Team leaders and coaches.” "A constant in the learning process is the role of feedback as we assess the responses of others to our behavior and comments.
Not only do sports and athletics provide fun for students, but it also provides a structure environment in which Superficial supporting, hesitation, awareness of high performance and protecting performance is associated with centralized decisionmaking, rational planning and an absence of logical incremental processes due to high pressure of demanding performance and a wide range of functional responsibilities and perceptions of low performance, hence we have added sports facilities like Table tennis ,Billiards ,Chase and Carom etc and high precedence Bingo,GDS’ & Cultural programs held at regular occasions .
