MBAFY01- MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS

To understand and appreciate the basic management concepts on which the foundation of corporations are built around. It exposes the students to the various functions of management which is very crucial for efficient and effective functioning of organizations.

MBAFY02 - RESEARCH AND QUANTITATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR MANAGERS

The objective of this course is to develop the research skills of students in investigating the research problems with a view to arrive at objective findings, interpretation of data and conclusions of their investigation in the form of systematic reports. They are also expected to learn basic statistical tools of analysis to sharper their research studies.

MBAFY03 - LEADING TEAMS AND ORGANIZATIONS

To enhance understanding of the dynamics of interaction between individual and the organisation facilitate a clear perspective to diagnose and effectively handle human behavior issues in organizations and Develop greater insight into their own behavior in interpersonal and group team situations.
